Definitions
This return policy sets out how Hy-Ray Private Limited will process the returned order and missing parcels from https://www.hyray.com.sg
Hy-Ray Private Limited (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://www.hyray.com.sg) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns due to change of mind.
Damaged/ Faulty Products
We will accept the returns of damaged/faulty product in its original packaging and unused state within 5 days of the date of delivery.
Please write in to marketing@hyray.com.sg and provide the order number, reason for the return and photos/videos of damage and faulty products.
After investigation, our customer service team will get back to you with the instructions on how to proceed with the return within 5 working days from the date of the email received.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know the status of the return. If approved, you will be refunded via the original payment mode (if applicable) or an alternative arrangement will be made.
We will refund the value of the goods returned.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If your parcel is damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer service team at marketing@hyray.com.sg with your order number and photos/videos of the damaged parcel. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
Parcels Lost In Transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
