Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hy-Ray Private Limited. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Definitions

This shipping policy sets out how Hy-Ray Private Limited will process and ship your orders from www.hyray.com.sg Hy-Ray Private Limited (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://www.hyray.com.sg) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

General

Products are subjected to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and process a refund for the product/s out of stock.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on per trip and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. The current shipping cost displayed is for delivery within Singapore.

Delivery Options 

*Locations off mainland refers to Sentosa Island and Tuas

+ We are unable to ship to Jurong island and Changi airport addresses.

^ We are unable to deliver to P.O box addresses

Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us at marketing@hyray.com.sg so that we can conduct an investigation.

Overseas Delivery Request

For overseas delivery requests, please write to marketing@hyray.com.sg for a shipping quotation. Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Hy-Ray Private Limited encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Hy-Ray Private Limited at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

Delivery Terms

Order Process

Our warehouse operates from Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (excluding public holidays).

Orders placed before 11:00 AM will be processed on the same working day.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be processed on the next working day.

Order Dispatch

For standard deliveries, orders are packed within 2 working days of the payment of the order.

For express deliveries, orders are packed within the same working days (for orders received before 11:00 AM) / within the next working day (for orders received after 11:00 AM) of the payment of the order.

Order Delivery

Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). Due to unpredictable road situations, we are unable to allocate a timeslot for the deliveries.

Change of Address

For a change of delivery address, we are only able to assist with the change of delivery address before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us at marketing@hyray.com.sg
