Warranty Policy

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Standard Warranty Policy.
Definitions
This warranty policy sets out how Hy-Ray Private Limited will process and serve the warranties registered on www.hyray.com.sg
Hy-Ray Private Limited (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://www.hyray.com.sg) (“Website”). By registering your product warranty through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Terms And Conditions
The warranty is valid for the specified period* (please refer to the table below for more information) from the date of purchase with proof of purchase provided. The warranty is only valid for product/s purchased from authorized retailers.
Claims of warranty without proof of purchase or for parallel imported products will not be accepted.
The warranty covers manufacturers’ defects (an error in the design or production of a product). In the event that repair is not possible, and the faulty product is due to manufacturing defects and not misuse, a replacement will be offered. If the product model is no longer in circulation, a similar model determined by Hy-Ray Private Limited will be offered in place of the original product.
The warranty does not cover wear and tear, and damages arose from misuse or used not in accordance with the product instructions. A repair charge is applicable for issues not covered by the warranty.
In the event of a dispute, the decision will be at the sole discretion of Hy-Ray Private Limited.

Kindly note that customers are required to bring along the faulty product and proof of purchase (i.e., invoice/receipts) to the main office of Hy-Ray Private Limited for testing and verification purposes.
Under this warranty, only one replacement will be issued per invoice.
Please note that warranty serviced within the warranty period does not extend the warranty period
Exceptions to the Warranty Policy
Products brought during clearance sales or in AS-IN conditions (as reflected in the official receipts) are not applicable for the warranty cover.

Complimentary warranty extension is subjected to fulfillment of individual brand/product’s requirements. This privilege may be withdrawn if the requirements are not met.
